Operating on this landmark brownstone required a sophisticated staging setup—utilizing heavy-duty ladders and integrated planking—to ensure a stable workspace while fully protecting the masonry with industrial sheeting.

Beyond the complex logistics, we meticulously refurbished the intricate ironwork, preserving delicate geometric "wedding cake" details while performing vital structural reinforcement to the terrace supports and decking. The result is a seamless integration of 19th-century aesthetics and modern safety, maintaining the timeless elegance of one of Brooklyn’s most iconic streets.
